1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Seedance ("Service"), operated by Seedance AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Seedance provides AI-powered video generation from text prompts, images, and reference media. The Service includes video creation, upscaling, a public showcase, and related tools available through our website at seedance.gg.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through one-time payments and do not expire during your active subscription period. All payments are processed through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of credits have been used. Contact support for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content depicting real individuals without their consent
  • Create illegal, violent, sexually explicit, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures
  • Use automated bots or scripts beyond the provided API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of prompts and reference materials you provide. Generated videos are owned by you and may be used for personal or commercial purposes under all plans.

By publishing videos to the Showcase, you grant Seedance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute the published content on the platform.

7. Content Moderation

All generated content is subject to automated moderation. Content flagged for violence, explicit material, or other policy violations may be blocked. We do not guarantee that all prompts will produce results.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Credits are not refunded for brief service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Seedance AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
